PFG Forex (“Hereinafter referred as Promoter”) introduces “Pick Up Cash Through NBP & Win A Tab Contest” (“Hereinafter referred as Promotion”). You acknowledge that use of the PFG Smart Credit services shall be deemed to be an acceptance by you of these Terms and Conditions.

1. The Promotion is open to all Customers transacting through PFG Smart Credit services excluding (i) Employees, partners, subsidiary companies and representatives of the Promoter, including their immediate family members; (ii) Affiliates of the Promoter including their sub-representatives and subsidiary companies as well as their immediate family members; and (iii) Any person or entity professionally connected with the Promotion;
2. The promotion opens at 0000 hrs AEST on 29 May 2017 and closes at 2400 hrs AEST on 30 June 2017 (“Hereinafter referred as Promotion Period”).
3. All Customers transacting successfully using PFG Smart Credit services (‘Eligible Transactions’) at any of the approved Affiliate location in Australia during the Promotion Period will be entered into the Promotion, which will be conducted every week and not exceeding beyond ten (10) days.
4. Multiple entries are permitted for the Promotion, provided each entry is accompanied by a different qualifying PFG Smart Credit transaction.
5. 'Eligible Transactions' indicates the transactions successfully performed during the ‘Promotion Period’, excluding cancelled transactions.
6. The Promoter may choose two (2) Winners randomly every week. The Winners will be eligible for a Lenovo Tab (‘Prize’). Make, model and specifications may change at the sole discretion of the Promoter..
7. During the Promotion Period the Promoter may conduct five (5) sets of random selection of Winners, one in each week. The details of Winners will be available on the website for a period not exceeding two (2) months after the completion of the Promotion Period.
8. The Winner requires completing a Prize Claim Form by signing and consenting to the Promoter to use it for its promotional purposes and upload a copy of their photo and/or participate in any promotional events of the Promoter.
9. The Winner must collect the Prize only from the Affiliate location from where he/she has initiated the PFG Smart Credit transaction upon submitting a copy of the transaction receipt and the Valid ID used to complete such transaction. Winners will be eligible to receive the prizes within fifteen (15) days after the end of each weekly lucky draw period.
10. The Promoter may choose to notify the Winners via any means of contact details provided to perform the PFG Smart Credit transaction, within a period of seven (7) days of completion of declaration such Winners. In the event a Winner is not contactable or do not respond to communication within the seven (7) days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that Winner and allocate the prize to an alternate Winner selected in the same manner.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the Winners, subject to the Privacy Policy of the Promoter. Refer “Privacy Policy” in http://pfgforex.com.au for more details.
12. The Promoter shall not be held liable, if the distribution of prizes is delayed for reasons beyond its control. All the decisions taken by the Promoter on the Promotions shall be final.
    

    Awarded Items:We do not take any responsibility for quality, make, performance, maintenance etc of items awarded to participants.

    No Right to Claim:If for any reason we have expressed our inability to fulfil our obligations under the Promos, the Participants will have no right or legal recourse to claim any prize or reward or compensation from us in any form whatsoever.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, extend or terminate the Promotion or its terms at any point of time or without citing a reason, by notifying the same on its website http://pfgforex.com.au at least two (2) days before the effective date.
14. In the event any provision of these terms and conditions is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction, which is Courts of Victoria) to be invalid, illegal or otherwise unenforceable such provision shall be deemed to have been deleted from these terms and conditions, while the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. No other special offers or Promotional code can be combined with this offer and Standard Terms & Conditions of the Promoter apply.
